Great location but even better service! Staff was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. My room was lovely. Large and well furnished. Very clean. Accessible en-suite was immaculate. Shower was amazing. Great power and toiletries were accessible from the shower bench. Plenty of towels. The bed was very large and comfortable with plenty of pillows. Restaurant was accessible with a small lift. Food was delicious both at breakfast and at dinner. Bar was comfortable and well appointed. Being so close the the Natural History Museum and V & A was amazing. Short walk to the tube and Harrods. Would highly recommend.
