Walked in, very friendly and joyful, food was quick to be served and again a very welcoming team! 
Jen was our server she was great!

Had an excellent stay for a gig at the Tottenham stadium, really easy to get to London from the hotel and Marjan on the front desk was super helpful with our check in and helped us out with all the questions we had, thanks again!!

Cane to this premier inn for SOAD, was greeted by Marian she was very friendly and welcoming, room was clean and air-con worked

Lovely hotel went for BTS concerts staff were very nice considering it was mainly BTS ARMY staying staff were very nice even playing BTS in the foyer

I’d just had some minor surgery, the temp was 30+ so we decided to book a room at an another budget chain for a few nights. Bad experience. Came to this Premier Inn and the amazing Marg (aka Dora) sorted us out treated us with warmth and compassion, made it all better. Give this woman a promotion and a raise.

Easy check-in and an excellent overall experience. Marje from the customer service team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Very good value for the money, the room was clean and so was the bathroom. AC was working really well, kept us cool during the heatwave. We were staying there for two day concert event, the staff was playing music on theme and were incredibly friendly to ourselves and others who also stayed for the same occasion. Staff was always helping to get everyone to the stadium with public transport. I was very impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the place. When you stay at a hotel you usually expect all fo this but you don't always get it. With this premier inn, everything was spot on! Thank you Premier Inn for making my stay so amazing and I will be coming back for future events! 💜

We really enjoyed our time at the London Enfield hotel. The rooms were great, but what truly stood out was the incredible service. Marjan and Dora were absolutely brilliant—so welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. They really made a difference. Will definitely be back!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would like to express my appreciation for several aspects. The location is fantastic—convenient and easily accessible, making it perfect for exploring the area. The hotel price was very reasonable, offering good value for the amenities provided. I also appreciated that the room temperature was perfectly maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. 

A special thanks to the receptionist, MarJan, whose outstanding service truly made a difference. She was friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of.

However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The overall hygiene and tidiness did not meet my expectations, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. I hope the management will address this issue to improve future guests’ stays.

Amazing stay!

Good location and rooms were clean. Marjan at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and set us up for a great stay - thank you! The car park was busy but we managed to get a spot while we were in and out during our 3-night stay. The AC was working well during the heatwave. We definitely will stay again if in the area.

I am a long stay at this hotel from my company! I would 100% tell you to stay at this hotel the reception team are so nice and friendly at all times specially Marjan and Lacey. They always have that big smile on their face. I always come and ask for extra stuff in the room and they always help with smile. The rooms are nice and clean, specially now with this heatwave it’s good that I am staying here as they have A/C in the rooms which helps a lot
