Prior to checking in my friend and I read a very damning review which really worried us.On entering the hotel we were pleasantly surprised. Check in was quick. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming especially the fire. The bedroom decor was lovely . The bed was amazing I had a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast was yummy and provided everything you could want. Lovely helpful staff. Totally opposite to the review that we had read
