It was a good experience and worth the money! The staff are great and the location is convenient due to local transport.

It was a great place to stay specially for the value! Have been before and no doibt will go again

It was really nice the room was very clean, a great stay!

Certainly not the ritz but the staff couldnt do enough to make our stay comfortable. Beds were comfy, rooms warm. Water pressure a bit low in the shower but it was clean and close enough to city centre. You get what you pay for and to put our heads down at night and get showered it was a perfect room for us.

My stay was pefect. I was up for the football so just needed somehwhere to sleep and thats what i did

Clean warm room. Happy with it and at £36 a bargain. Would stay again.

Great as always. Stayed bank holiday and was really really quiet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ideal.

I believe in you get what you pay for. For the price we paid, we were very happy with the room. 24/7 reception service was also excellent. A bit further out from main Quayside- a 25 minute walk.

Honesty after we left things in the room. It was also very clean and tidy.

Great stay

Budget level hotel. Bit disappointed that Google rate at 3*, but would be surprised with 2 stars. Friendly staff and it's clean but all looks tired and worn & in desperate need of major make over.Painted over damp around window, bottom of bathroom door frame rotting, rust on shower pipe work. Also our room was right alongside main road so quite a bit of noise.

2 star budget hotel in need of make over

I booked this hotel and didnt know what to expect based on the reviews. It was just my daughter and I staying for the Beyonce concert. Staff were very helpful. Didnt realise i had booked a room with a shared bathroom/shower room but to be honest we got back to our room after the concert at 12.35am and left at 7am so wasnt really an issue. Our room was very basic but bedding was clean. The hotel is very creaky and could hear other guests arriving home but didnt last too long. Hotel is in a good location and a short work into Newcastle centre.

After reqdung the previous reviews, my expectations were somewhat low. However we found this to be a decent budget option. We picked this hotel because of its close proximity to the area  (22 min walk) and the free parking. Whilst its true that the rooms are a little run down , we couldnt fault the cleanliness.  Only issue was a broken shower head which fell off the wall . Staff quickly offereed to fix but it didnt solve the problem. Not the nicest area in the world but worked well for a one night stay.

For £40 i couldnt fault it.polite enough clean  and tidy bedding and towels were fresh.And is was quiet.

Very nice friendly staff on Reception, Sahil and Mir. The hotel served its3purpose for5 hours to sleep
