Just returned from staying the night and would definitely recommend. Our room was beautiful, the bed was huge and the breakfast was out of this world. Kevin and Debbie couldn't do enough for us. The B&B is in a perfect location, for both the 24 hour car park and near to the bay.

As always the standards here are superb. Lovely comfy clean rooms. Breakfast lovely and plentiful . Kevin and  Debbie always make us feel very welcome. Many thanks for another lovely visit, will be back later in the year

Stayed one night and it was fabulous.Greeted on arrival,given parking space on drive. Covid 19 procedures were excellent keeping us all safe. Rooms were great even had a fridge to keep your drinks cool.Little extra touches like biscuits,toiletries and wine glasses/corkscrew.Comfy bed and sparkling clean.Breakfast was great such a fantastic choice

We had a lovely couple of nights at this B&B. It is ideally situated in Robin Hoods Bay to get to Whitby or Scarborough.
Our room was bright and airy and extremely clean, the bed was comfortable the shower great and the towels a delight. 
Our hosts were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. They were fastidious in observing the Covid rules ensuring their guests safety at all times.
I highly recommend a stay at Streonshalh, The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. Well worth a visit.  

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights recently, it was brilliant from the day we arrived. Kevin and Debbie were both lovely and very attentive! The room and food both well surpassed our expectations. Kevin made sure all covid-19 precautions were followed and there were many hand sanitising stations throughout the house.

Overall a great trip and we would recommend this B and B to anyone who wants a trip to robin hoods bay!

Stopped here while walking the Cleveland Way, great hosts, decent room with quality bathroom with shower. Top breakfast cooked fresh to order, if you are in the area won’t beat this for value! Would recommend!

Just had two great days staying here. We were in room 1 and it was beautiful, very spacious, very clean and very comfortable. Kevin and Debbie were lovely hosts, very welcoming nothing too much trouble and above all in these trying times had taken every precaution possible to make guests feel safe so well done. We never once felt uncomfortable, just really well looked after.
The breakfast was gorgeous and a little bonus was a slice of homemade cake for after. We can’t wait to return and if anyone is going to Robinhoods Bay this place comes highly recommended from a very fussy lady. Thank you Kevin and Debbie

Lovely B&B! Stayed last week for one night, turned up late on a Friday evening and was warmly welcomed by Kev.
Stayed in room 6 on top floor, and what a room! Amazing views on the morning over the bay, very spacious and great added detail of the wine fridge! 
Bed very comfy, lots of facilities in the room such as wine glasses and a cork screw, lovely touch. 
Breakfast was amazing the next morning - could tell it was all local produce and very tasty. 
Was a whole family affair, great friendly service by lovely people.
Based at the top of the bank, around 5 minute stroll to the bottom of the bay, good location.
Would 100% recommend, and would be happy to stay again.

We arrived last minute on Saturday evening to the warmest of welcomes by the b/b’s owner Kevin. Our room albeit at top of house was equally as welcoming as rest of house And the bed the comfiest we’ve ever slept in.after fab nights sleep we enjoyed wonderful breakfast and more hospitality by both owners. Will be returning again soon as fell in love with place

We arrived looking like drowned rats, having walked 15 miles in the pouring rain and howling wind from Runswick Bay as part of the Cleveland Way walk. But from the moment the owner opened the front door we were made to feel really welcome and genuinely at home.  The room was absolutely spotless, with an amazing bathroom and extremely comfy bed (and view of the bay when it cleared up in the morning!).  Such a lovely house generally, full of Victorian character. The breakfast room was lovely and the cooked breakfast absolutely spot on. We wish you all the very best in the future and hope that eventually you are able to get the relaxing retirement you deserve!

Welcoming and genuine

Very close to “bottom” of gorgeous Robin Hood’s Bay, a short walk to everything.  Our top floor room was a struggle to get the luggage up to but view from bedroom worth it. Snug but with everything we needed - bottled water, tea, coffee etc and some chocolate sweets. Lovely fluffy bath towels too.
Helpful hosts, good coffee and a range of breakfast options.A good B and B option right where you want to be.

Great location

It was such a beautiful day that we decided to stop a night in Robin Hood’s Bay and booked here on an impulse. We didn’t regret it! 

This is a beautiful house and our room was nicely decorated with extremely comfortable beds. It is very quiet and spotlessly clean. 

Breakfast, cooked to order, was very good. The kippers went down particularly well. 

Highly recommended
