We booked a loch view room on a breakfast and evening meal included. There was lots of parking at the hotel. The receptionist was polite and kind. He gave us all of the information that we needed. The room was lovely and clean, very spacious with a great view of the loch and a seating area in the window. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. The evening meal that was included was 3 courses. The tomato soup was delicious, followed by a ribeye steak (no extra surcharge) and sticky toffee pudding. The food was very good. The breakfast was well presented and had everything that we could ask for. The food was warm and fresh and again the staff were brilliant. The hotel is very central for everything in fort William. The male that checked is out was very kind and helpful and even gave us a gift! I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.
