We were greeted on arrival by a lovely lady who showed us around. We were in a very spacious and spotlessly clean family room on the top floor. We were given plenty of towels,a TV and a fridge in the wardrobe. There was also posh tea and coffee and plenty of it. The bathroom was nice,very clean and big and we had plenty of hot water. WiFi was also spot on. The room was very hot but a fan was provided but we all slept well in the really comfy memory foam beds. There was constant traffic noise and noise from other guests downstairs but that is not the fault of the owners. This hotel is perfectly located near Fort William train station and the town centre.
