A massive thank you to Pamela and the team for my little birthday surprise it was really nice. A bar of chocolate with a small bottle of wine was a really nice touch. Also Pamela went above and beyond to fix a minor mishap in the bathroom, so thank you once again…!!!

The reception staff member who checked me in was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Great blackout curtains. Surprisingly there was very little noise from the nearby motorway and service station right beside the hotel. We took the meal deal which was great value. The food in the adjoining Bewers Fayre was very good, no complaints at all. Would stay here again.

We found the premier inn to be very welcoming and clean and friendly.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends if anyone is travelling up this way. We had driven up from Cornwall 

Great Hotel with really friendly staff. Free car parking is a bonus. I stay often at this hotel and the staff are always eager  to help and are so friendly and welcoming. 

The rooms are pristine and WiFi signal was top notch. Delighted to call this one of my go to accommodation sites. Thank you.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly smiley face(Lindsey, I think). She was very helpful and welcoming. The room was very clean and tidy and it had all the amenities that I would need. I ate in the pub next door, and although they were fully booked, the manager was able to accommodate me. All in all a very good experience,

This hotel is off the usual premier Inn standard, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable accommodation and in a convenient location. Stayed in a ground floor room, noise wise wouldn't know it's close to the busy M876 leading to the Kincardine bridge however could here people in the room above moving about. Located next a Brewers Fayre so used this for an evening meal and to have the Premier Inn breakfast which for 2 adults and 2 children is great value, especially as the children get to eat free with a paying adult. Only noticeable downside is that the car park is in a terrible state, more pot holes than actual surface. Would have no hesitation in using this hotel again if in the area.

Very comfortable room. Friendly staff  would definitely stay again if visiting that area. Tea coffee in room, hairdryer,TV  comfy bed and a bath not just a shower

Stayed at this hotel in December 2022 to attend a wedding nearby. Hotel was basic but clean and very convenient. The staff were friendly and let us into our room at 11am, well ahead of our scheduled check in, which was appreciated. Room was huge, bed was comfy, shower was powerful and warm and breakfast was really good. Couldn't expect anything more. On top of that, staff were helping to organise shuttle taxis for guests for the wedding who had not booked ahead. 

This was our first stay at Falkirk North Premier Inn since 2019. As always it was another outstanding stay. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and a great asset to Premier Inn. We will be returning again.

My Stay

Clean comfortable accomodation

Comfortable and good staff

Comfortable. very clean , friendly staff.  Not all the rooms get adequate phone signals.  Brewers Fayre next door has gone downhill, continental breakfast was very poor. Pancakes dry and shrivelled etc. Great location ( as long as you have a car). Service station next door sells all the basics plus has a Subway.  Car park is large , plenty spaces but it is an absolute disgrace mainly due to "white van men" throwing rubbish everywhere. Hedge is full of old bottles, cans etc does no- one ever clear this up? 

Comfortable and a surprisingly good location

The reception staff where more than helpful got extra tea and coffee and breakfast was very good they made us porridge and poached eggs fresh on top of the full fry, also we left the dirty towel outside the door and they were replaced , room was tidy and cleaned

Great staff and warm welcome 

Premier Inn's are great value for money and the accomindation is all what is needed, clean, tidy, nice bathroom/shower and most importantly the bed are always very comfortable. I have also booked anyother Premier Inn near Troon due to a wedding we are attending in April.
