I stayed in 118 room was nice and spacious with a lovely team was welcoming grate location for being on the beach wifi was stomg and reatarunt has good food for the price short waiting times plenty of parking and close to the door of hotel. Will saty again.

Great stay as always.
The staff were particularly good with looking after my son’s allergies, they took a few minutes to understand the allergens, showed us the allergens book and reassured us that the kitchen would prepare his meal separately.
The staff do seem to work particularly hard at this hotel as it always seems busy when we visit, despite this the the team are always friendly and helpful, a real credit to Premier Inn and Exmouth.

Quiet stay with a sea view. I arrived late , 1am due to a delay, the ladies on reception were very professional friendly. I upgraded for the premier plus room which was outstanding. Floor to ceiling windows and comfy arm chairs to watch the world go by. 10/10 breakfast.

A great find. Stayed for one night on way to  Cornwall and would certainly stay again. Right on sea front with a pleasant bar and restaurant it provided a cosy comfortable place to sit on a wild wet January evening.
The rooms were clean and warm.
Above all the staff we met were delightful,professional and made our stay beyond our expectations.

Check In - very quick and efficient, greeted by friendly staff

Room-we booked a standard room which had a separate bed for our son. Clean and tidy, enough for the three of us. Bathroom was sparkling clean, enough hangers in the little wardrobe. 
We were lucky enough to get a sea view room which was brilliant. 

We stayed here for one night for our sons 4th birthday. Prior to arrival I contacted the hotel to inform them we were coming to celebrate his birthday. The staff went above and beyond. On arrival in our room he had a birthday card, balloon, chocolates and biscuits waiting for him on his bed which he was very happy about. The following morning when having our breakfast, a staff member who’s name is Lisa C bought over another gift for him which again our son was extremely happy with and we were so so grateful for. 

The staff have gone above and beyond for our sons 4th birthday and we just want to say a huge thank-you to all of you for making it extra special. 

You’d be silly not to book here!

This premier Inn is right on the seafront and just a short walk from the town and restaurants/bars. You get the usual standard of room you would expect from them and the staff are very friendly and helpful. 

Not our first visit and the standards and staff (which does not change a lot) are always excellent. Meal Deal is to be recommended as this is excellent value, and can be added at anytime during your stay. 

Perfect location,  our room was really clean, it had a lovely bay window with two chairs which overlooked the beautiful beach, 
Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Alex (👏👌) and Lisa C 
The food was excellent ..

We have stayed at many Premier Inn's but this is quite possibly the best Premier Inn that we have ever stayed at 😁.
Right from the very beginning when we checked in and all throughout our 3 night stay earlier in the year all the staff were very professional, especially a lady named Liga, whilst also nothing was too much trouble when we needed anything. 
Lovely sized bedroom, fantastic view from our room and only a very short walk into town. 
We are definitely looking forward to staying here again this weekend.

Two night stay for my wife and I. Great room very spacious with a brilliant sea view. good bathroom again with plenty of room. Booked breakfast which was of a very good standard. all staff very pleasant and helpful.

Great value stay on  the seafront

Amazing hotel and staff

Greeted and checked in by a nice young girl called Isobel. Very friendly and chatty and when our takeaway turned up 45 minutes earlier than expected she happily brought it to our room. Room was okay, There was evidence of water damage which had bowed the table, stained the lamp and wooden board behind the Tv. The shower also had a drainy smell to it. Maybe needed some bleach or something to freshen it up. Overall the room was pretty much as expected. 

Warm and Friendly Greeting

Yet another fabulous stay in Exmouth!

Beautifully located hotel, right on the beach front which was absolutely amazing. We also had a sea view (not all of the rooms have a sea view, this should be noted). Close to all amenities, short walk to the town centre and right next door to a pub with good, cheap food. Such a lovely location, on site parking at £5 for 24 hours which is secure with a barrier. Right on the esplanade and perfect for a stroll. Probably the best located Premier Inn I've ever stayed at.  I'm only giving this four stars for the simple reason that the beds are so uncomfortable. I know that Premier Inns are trying to appeal to the masses so it's hard to please everyone but the beds and pillows are not for me. I've stayed in many Premier Inns and so this is a shame as they are often super convenient and reasonable and so the en masse mattresses and bedding is across the board, which is a shame (but obviously that is just personal opinion).

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Always a pleasure to stay here. The breakfast is great value and really good quality.
It's a shame the premium rooms on floor two are not available to family's! Especially as the family's then end up in the rooms above so any noise is amplified!

Great stay again

Stayed for only one night for a seaside getaway. Service was great as expected from a Premier Inn. Hotel was nice in a good location. Our room decor was ok but a bit tired around the edges. Room cleanliness was ok but attention to detail could have been a little better.
