Staff are always so helpful and friendly and handled the drama of no kitchen and restaurant for part of our stay with calmness and very helpful once kitchen could reopen,no hassle sorting our refund.Restaurant staff all helpful and hardworking

Lovely new rooms. The reception staff were so lovely and professional,  really welcoming and friendly. Staff in the nearby pub restaurant also great. Great breakfast and evening meal. Lovely hot bath and shower. Great beds. Well worth the price

Room nice, very warm for this time of the year. Bed was extremely comfortable, I am sure we booked the standard which was more than adequate. Smiley chatty receptionist on arrival. Cooked breakfast was lovely enjoyed it! 

Good parking. Lovely staff. Room great. Fab comfy bed. Room very clean.  Good having blackout curtains. Unlimited tea and coffee for Room. No noise. Plenty storage with hangers.Friendly reception staff. Really could not ask for better. Great. The breakfast was very good with nice staff 

We stayed for one night and the evening reception lady was so friendly, as were all the staff. We had sweets left in the room for our little boy, it was a lovely touch we’ve never had at a premier inn before. The hotel was clean and quiet, I would highly recommend

The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was great with plenty of powerful hot water. Friendly staff on check in, would recommend staying there. Great location for the M1. Plenty of parking available. 

Booked in 4th January, just for one night - but an excellent stay. The hotel was clean, warm, food superb, friendly and helpful staff - and all for a value-for-money cost.

The room was large, clean, warm  and well-appointed. 

Of particular note were the staff; from reception to catering, bar staff and cleaners - everyone was welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast next morning offered  a superb choice of full breakfast, including items from the  Continently breakfast menu - or just the Continental Breakfast at lesser cost. The waiter Debbie and the chef Gary made sure that we were well looked after with an excellent breakfast cooked to perfection and served with a cheerful smile.

All things considered, a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone.

Visiting relatives we were welcomed booked into our room and breakfast table arranged. Having left my makeup purse at home I was given some local places I could purchase replacements, which was very successful.  The room was comfortable and warm during a very cold spell and when we could not return as planned, due to the weather, we phoned the hotel and they efficiently booked us in for an extra night without having to change rooms.
Every member of staff was friendly and engaged in conversation with us.  They were also most helpful when we were leaving  offering  deicer and an ice scraper to help clear the car of the overnight snow.  A highly recommended hotel.

The best thing about the Premier Inn Hotel, 350 Luton Road was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, especially Renata who worked on reception.

The bedroom was excellent-clean,warm and had a number of facilities.
The bathroom was clean and hygienic. My only observations were that I felt it was important to have a non slip rubber mat inside the bath and a hook onthe inside of the door to hang pyjamas etc.

We stayed here for the weekend whilst visiting family as a family of 5. I have to say that the service throughout our stay was outstanding at all times. All the staff from reception to restaurant and everyone we dealt with was exceptional. They all seemed to go above and beyond and go out of their way to help. This wasn't bog standard service. This was service that I class as exceptional and they couldn't do enough for you. Very helpful and friendly staff that seemed happy to work there. Well done premier inn dunstable I will definitely recommend you. I hope that the staff get to see this as they definitely deserve a pat on the back. This has set you apart from other Premier inns we have stayed inn. Also although we didn't get chance to eat in the restaurant for an evening meal the food did look amazing.

Very good. We were in the new premier plus room. Usual great bed. Coffee pod machine which was great, however, there were no pods available to top up once we used the initial four. Chocolate bars were a nice touch. The velour coat hangers were good and matched the classy decor.The shower was very large but I did miss a bath. There was dim lighting to use in case you needed to use the bathroom during the night.The staff from reception to cleaners were friendly and professional.  A great place

I stayed at this Premier Inn on a five night stay visiting family. I booked 5 Premier Inns in a row and this was the best of the five.

I used to live in Dunstable, and the Halfway House Beefeater is one of the few remaining historical buildings in both Dunstable and Luton (of which the Halfway House is named because its between the two towns). So it was interesting to see what it was like and if it was still as it was. Of course it wasn't, but it didn't matter. 

The room was fine. Like the others, it really needed air-con, but air-con at a Premier Inn is the exception, not the rule. The other four hotels I stayed own on this trip all had electric heaters only, which when the roof temperatures averaged 30 degrees, are really not needed!

Beefeater restaurant is fine, service okay. I asked for a remote table as I was on my own, which I was given, but it was next to a couple with a baby that screamed throughout my meal, so I went for a main course only and left.

There's a Tesco opposite if you want a snack, but not much else. It is the nearest hotel to the Luton and Dunstable Hospital if you need to overnight before or after a visit there.

Perfectly adequate, and in the upper 50% of Premier Inns for cleanliness.
