Great location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is amazing and helpful.

Very good option for a one night stay.  A bit out of town and requires a walk to center.

Have the cooked breakfast, especially the perfectly cooked eggs to order.
The hotel was easy to find and parking was ample and secure.
Walking into town takes around 10-15 minutes. There are plenty of taxis and a bus stop outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Last minute getaway for a weekend in St Andrews.

Breakfast was good, not many buffet breakfasts do eggs to order, that little touch made the difference. No plastic, rubbery eggs, fresh and hot.

Excellent all round - nothing more to say really! Can’t fault anything at all - we have stayed in many hotels in this group and others and St Andrews Premier Inn was definitely on the better list! What more can be said? We had the meal deal ands spent all our time in the hotel as a major storm was raging outside - we were looked after very well and wanted for nothing while nature managed to destroy half of Scotland outside! Well done e to all the staff who worked hard under difficult conditions - Mabager Grant had everything under control at all times! Excellent!!

Great staff. Very approachable and friendly. Room was great. Decided to eat in the restaurant at night. Again staff were great and the food was excellent. Smallish menu but still really good. Had a great sleep in the comfy bed. Hotel was busy but didn’t hear a thing at night. Breakfast the next day was superb.

Fantastic 3 day stay over New Year, everything was 100% especially Boris our very own IT expert and Teresa who was very professional in every way a true credit to your company, Breakfast was superb all 3 days with every need catered for from both chefs, would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone, and within easy walking distance to town.

We stayed here while visiting family.  It was great to get a really comfortable room with excellent bed, bedding and pillows.  The shower and bathroom were clean and spacious.  The staff weee always available and were helpful and friendly.  Very satisfied.

I have stayed in this hotel several times since it opened in 2015. Prices can be  high at times for accommodation in the town. So this adds choice when you just need a base, and not to particularly sample Scottish hospitality (which I prefer but can’t always afford). The staff have always been friendly  and efficient ,the rooms are comfortable ( a few are showing their age and need a freshen up though),and it is well placed on the edge of town, sharing a car park(free!) with an M&S food hall, which is handy. It is perfect for visiting my son there,and  seeing gorgeous St Andrews.

Had an amazing breakfast served by Dave and Sally.Really looked after us and super friendly. Dave couldn’t have gone further to make our stay better. A warm friendly cheery fella.We will be back and will recommend to friends…thanks again

2 night stay of 3 rooms for a wedding celebration locally.
Rooms good, staff excellent - avoided eveing meals, but breakfasts pretty good - remeber to check that your child can eat free!
Maybe avoid rooms 102, 202, 302 as all adjoin fire door frames which despite closers, make the wall shake every time they close (bump bump)
Easy to find the hotel, well located, ample parking - M&S Food next dooor, Aldi across road

Great overnight in St Andrews.

This hotel met all expectations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Good Breakfast. We didn't eat any other meals here so can't comment. Bar area is small and part of the restaurant. No atmosphere!  Good parking.
Only negative is the fact that the bedroom windows are sealed, so no fresh air. (I like to sleep with a window open.) Heating and cooling relies on the room's air conditioning unit. (which actually worked perfectly.)

New Year stay.

A welcome addition to the competitive hotel scene in St Andrews

The room was exactly as you would expect from a Premier Inn.  The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.  David and Erin were working when we arrived and between then they were doing everything!  Even though we had pre-booked breakfast there was a food deal (including dinner & breakfast) which they were able to us.

The location is just next to an M&S food and a supermarket.  Pleasant 1Km walk into St Andrews, its all up hill on the way back :)

Great little stop

The hotel was like you would find any premier inn. There was a lovely Christmas pack on my daughters bed with colouring inn, a selection box and elf hair band.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, however, there was no window that could open. This made the room very stuffy and warm, this also had made mould grow on the edges of the window and wall around the window and had transferred onto the net curtain. All 3 of us staying have asthma and I had to move the bed for my daughter away from the window so she was as far away from the mould as possible. Investing in some windows that open might be an idea so as there is some fresh air able to circulate. I understand that safety catches would be on the windows to prevent accidents, but at the same time what would happen if there was a fire outside any of the rooms you would be stuck with no window to even try to open to escape through or even to allow you to breathe away from any smoke coming into the room. This is the first time in any premier inn I’ve stayed in where there was no opening window. This also gave the room a smell as no fresh air was able to circulate to freshen the room up.

Good nights sleep but needs opening windows

Always been a brilliant hotel with friendly , polite and very helpful staff members. The rooms are very clean with public areas to match. Teresa and Sally were very helpful on reception and the guys in the kitchen did a smashing cooked breakfast. Evening reception guys were very helpful dealing with any requests. All in all exceptional.
