Premier inn Coventry [Binley/A46]

Everything was clean and exactly as I expect from a premier inn. Bed was super comfortable, room immaculate etc. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice - I have Coeliac disease and staff were very attentive in making sure everything was fine for me.

We have been to many Premier Inns and this was on a par with all of the better ones. You know what you are getting and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful.
We went to the pub across the road rather than TGI Friday's and I would definitely recommend it.

I would say this is the best Premier I have ever stayed at. The lady at reception was very friendly when we checked-in and the room was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was good too. All the staff at breakfast time including the chef who was cooking the eggs (morning of 16/09/23) provided exceptional friendly 5 star service and were very attentive and helpful.

Very friendly staff, spacious room and plenty of parking. The room was very quiet, the only slight downside was we both found the pillows “lumpy”.  Breakfast was very good, but the cereals hadn’t been replenished so slightly disappointing.

very clean, lovely reception staff, very helpful. the lady on in the day  Changed my room to a disabled room as the original room was too far to walk.
 There is good parking on the site.
my bed was very comfirtable, the television was good  . pleasant

As always Premier Inn never disappoint. Premier Inn Coventry (A46) was very clean.
I was welcomed and checked in and out by Beverley who was very friendly and helpful. It's always lovely to be greeted by a smile and a cheery face.
This hotel was in a great location, I was attending an event at the arena which was just a short 12 minute drive. There was a TGI Fridays, Costa Coffee and Pure Gym all next door to the hotel and the hotel had it's own restaurant area. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again. 

Have stayed at this fabulous hotel for nearly 3 weeks nothing is too much trouble the Reception staff Beverley and Tracey plus both Sarah's have been so understanding and helpful all the time the kitchen staff are so kind as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel it's excellent

Very friendly welcome, room was as expected. Simple but had everything we needed. Bathroom was clean and shower was good. Considering we were right next to the a46 we couldn’t hear any traffic. Good nights sleep and temperature control was excellent. Breakfast was on site and as expected. Some items made to order which was fine as it cuts down on waste. 

I recently stayed at the hotel for one evening to attend a conference in Coventry the following day and would like to say a special thankyou to Beverley at reception for having outstanding hospitality skills and making my stay memorable. I really appreciate the kindness you showed me and hope you managed to rest after the double shift you worked on the day we met to cover for your colleague. All the best and hope we may meet  again in the future

Would just like to prise the receptionist Beverly she is a lovely woman and just what I would like to be presented with upon arrival.she made me feel at home so to speak can't fault her service.made my stay complete

Attended a rugby tournament.
Hotel located a 10 minute walk away so ideally placed. As expected basic but clean, bed was comfy room and communal areas appeared clean. Check in and check out straight forward no issues. Breakfast good variety of foods and beverages to choose from. Stay was for one night only no issues noted overall a pleasant budget hotel that served its purpose.

Typical standard you expect from a premier inn, very clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and professional.
The location is good for the motorway, but noise is buffered by the green surroundings. There is a Costa and a TGI Friday on site and 2 supermarkets near by.
We wanted to watch the Coventry play off final in a bar and the nearest we found was the Mill pool which was a 30 minute walk.
We would certainly look at this Premier inn again for future visits if the price is good.

Prem inn Binley

Pretty quiet stay, staff very friendly. Hotel does need some updating but it was the breakfast experience which really made our stay. The chef was incredibly friendly and helpful. Makes a really difference andy a fantastic way to start the day.
