Premier Inn Bournemouth East - Boscombe

We decided to stay in this Premier Inn because it has free car park which is very convenient. It is older building and rooms are in need of upgrade compare to newer hotels, but our family room was located on the second floor, it was spacious and very clean. All staff was friendly and helpful, giving us idea was to explore in the area and where to take children. There is restaurant next door, Table Table, and the food was delicious.

I recently stayed at this small Premier Inn and it was a pleasant experience overall. With only 20 rooms, the hotel had a more intimate, quiet atmosphere compared to larger ones. It was conveniently located just a short walk from the beach and town centre.
The room itself was compact but functional, with a comfortable bed and basic amenities. While it wasn’t luxurious, it provided everything needed for a short stay, including a TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a clean, tidy bathroom. The decor was simple, if a bit on the plain side, but it suited the overall no-frills approach of the hotel.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, always available to assist with any questions or recommendations. The breakfast, available for an extra charge, offered a decent range of options, including a hot breakfast and continental choices.

For the price, this hotel offered good value for money, providing a comfortable, hassle-free base for a Bournemouth getaway.

Excellent  family room up in the eves so a bit quirky.  Best premier inn breakfast - freshly cooked to order and even warmed the pastries! Staff very helpful and friendly.  Free parking and not too far out of the town .  Quite location. Visited aquarium  which everyone enjoyed.

We stayed at this hotel many times and it is our favourite in the area. The hotel is old building but the size of family room is great, much bigger than in newer Premier Inns and the car park is free as well!
Reception team is so friendly and always happy to answer all questions and help. We had an issue with the Internet but Nicole and Darren were able to sort it out within minutes.

I stayed in this Premier Inn for one night whilst I was visiting the area to see family. I could not fault it. I stayed in room 8 it was on the main road side of the building. I was concerned if I would be disturbed overnight, but It was fine I the room was clean and tidy. It was a fairly small room for a Premier Inn, but as it was only Me, so wasn't an issue. I was also allowed to check in at 11 as the room was ready for an additional £10 when I'm back in the area, I will be staying again. It's an older Premier inn, but it's still quite well kept 

Value for money great staff will be going back food was amazing local to beach easy walk to Bournemouth local bus stop outside friendly staff in pub friendly staff in hotel breakfast was very good dinner was very good great value for money 

I stayed this hotel while visiting my parents who live in the area. Small hotel with its own car park. Clean, convenient location and friendly staff. Pub next door is okay, good food and reasonable price.

I stayed here unfortunately on my own as my husband was unable to join me. I had travelled down in artic weather and was glad to have landed at the hotel
I was greeted by the most lovely staff members who welcomed me with hearty smiles, I was given my key and had explained to me that there were heaters in my room as they had technical difficulties with the heating which I was more than fine with.  I went to my room which was warm and cosy and a Christmas card and chocolates which made me feel very welcome and happy all together I had a most relaxing stay which made my journey home the next day with my daughter from uni very easy 
A massive thank you to all of the staff and an even bigger thank you for enamelling me to change a date on another nights stay as I have sprained my shoulder mussels and unable to drive for another 6 weeks . A very happy new year to you all

Stayed with my girlfriend for a mini holiday staff were great room was lovely bed was super comfortable room was quiet the food at the restaurant was delicious each time we visited again fab staff as well

when i entered my room i found a christmas card and a selection box of chocolates. I think this is a really nice touch. The lady on reception Mary helped me to book my table for breakfast and gave a local recommendation of a restaurant and places to visit in Bournemouth. Lovely quiet hotel with staff that make you feel welcome and at home.

Great stay

Basic but comfortable

One night stay for the football. Stadium a 30 minute walk away . Room as expected from a Premier Inn . No view and toilet difficult to flush . Hotel felt very old and could use a good refurb . 
Restaurant next door not directly accessible from the hotel . Food ok and service good. Terrible sewerage smell though in the bar area .

Hotel looks a bit tired. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was part buffet but you needed to order cooked breakfast and not everything advertised on the menu was available - such as the muffins. Not very centrally located so a car is really necessary - ample free parking on-site. All in all, pretty good value.

What lovely staff

Looks a little run down from the outside and not as updated as some of the premier inn's we've stayed at but the staff are so accommodating and willing to help.
Mary booked us in, so polite going through all we needed to know.
When coming back and forward she was always there with a smile to greet or say bye and had a good chat no question to small.
