Excellent hosts Howard and Sharon - great value and excellent location - we’ll be back again
Very clean and a lovely continental breakfast provided

Very close to shops transport 
Highly recommended - we are booked in again and will also book for next year when we come back from Australia for another wedding

If you want a good value B and B that is really close to The O2 Academy in Boscombe - this is the place - the owner meets you and is a really nice guy - the breakfast is great - we will be returning - thanks. Andy and Ali Burroughs

lovely welcome when you arrive, the room was spacious and clean.
the beds are comfy, it was nice and quiet.we parked for free all weekend.
within walking distance of the beach 5 min, and we walked to Bournmouth in 20 mins 
some nice eating places around, Chaplins was great, a 4 min walk
I thought breakfast was going to be a full English but its a basic continental, 
so I was a bit disappointed, but all in all a nice weekend

Great hosts in Bournemouth

Excellent B and B in Boscombe England

One night

Booked 2 rooms, 1 single for daughter and a double for us. We choose this guest  house as convenient to O2 Academy for concert. Both rooms were clean and adequate for overnight stay, slightly dated decor and our double bed squeaky but for the price we paid you can’t moan. 
Breakfast was basic continental, but plenty of places to eat a short walk away.
Howard was friendly and full of information.

Our stay was spoiled by a dirty room, place was full so no option to change rooms.E mailed and text owner before we decided to review to try to resolve issue as we had to leave one day early with no money back.Owner ignored our correspondence...We were in Room 3.
