We had five separate rooms and we all said how lovely the beds where.
Stand out staff was Alan, 5☆ polite, chatty and helpful. 
Booking was easy and so was checkin and out. Huge free carpark and large bar/restaurant. We didn't eat as already made bookings in town.

Amazing fresh breakfast! Insane value for money. Loved it, freshly baked pastries, continental breakfast and full breakfast cooked to order. Clean organized restaurant, friendly, helpful staff, definitely recommend. This will my new breakfast venue when I stay local

Room had everted we needed.  Staff exceeded all our expectations. Friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful.  
Beefeater was a bonus with good food, friendly staff and handled our large party really well.
I had to phone to see if I had left a library book in the room and the receptionist could not have been more helpful. Great ambassadors for Premier Inn.

Lovely stay here through work, been staying here for over 5 years now. Always greeted warmly by customer assistant Ken, every minor issue we have had Ke  has always sorted it out immediately without fail. He is always smiling and having a laugh n joke with us.

The place is a lovely stay, clean rooms and perfect customer service!.. The customer assistant Ken is a lovely gentlemen who is always greeting with a smile and we have a lovely customer experience. We have been staying here for over. A year regularly if encounters with minor issues Ken has always been a great help

We use the premiere Inn on Hagley road Birmingham every Sunday on business. 
We have got to know the staff quiet well over the years in particular Ken and have been very grateful with the service he has provided our company.
I would definitely be booking here with my family in the near future.

Overall this was a great nights stay..

Liked the way the restaurant was joined to the hotel and reception 

The guy on reception Ken was welcoming and helpful to my needs 

Bed was comfortable and clean 

Location to centre was good and in a great location 

Fantastic service from the reception team, especially Rushanna. She has helped so much and was generally really nice and helpful person and made our stay worth it
The room was clean and tidy upon arrival

Very good hotel bed, were very soft  to sleep in  and pillows were very fluffy and soft, Staff's were excellent and there service was very good would definitely recommend to  friends and family who need a hotel to stay in. 

Stayed 2 nights for business staff couldn’t have been more helpful got looked after really well. Lovely breakfast. After work came to the bar and had a cocktail made by the very pleasant Corey wonderful!!!

Exceeded our expectations….

Customer service

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have yet to have a bad night's sleep.
The bed is supremely comfortable and the room was very quiet, provided you kept the fairly loud Air Conditioner turned off.
Little touched like being able to easily plug an HDMI cable to the TV really make the stay a bit better.
Good mobile reception made the included "Basic" Wi-Fi necessary so can't comment on its quality.
One start deducted because the car park was incredibly dirty on arrival (really spoils first impressions) and the decor is starting to look a bit tired.

Overall a positive experience once again, I will be more than happy to visit this hotel in the future.

Always a good night's sleep

Stayed here after attending Crufts, approx 30 minute drive from the NEC. I love a good Premier and as always, the rooms here are nice and cosy however were slightly tired in places and could do with a touching up (The bath panel was rotten and the curtain rail was hanging off the wall in the bedroom). Really friendly staff here, free hotel parking, good location and a lovely breakfast!🥐

We came on the 6th March and arrived around 22:30. The man on the reception desk was so welcoming and really polite- we often stay in Premier Inns across the country but he was by far one of the most polite receptionists we’ve ever had! The hotel was also in a great location for Birmingham, the hospital, and it was fantastic that a Beefeater and a TGI Fridays were a few seconds’ walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Great safe stay

Not too shabby. Clean room. Spacious with good facilities. Helpful staff with plenty of parking. Restaurant on site for guests only. Be aware it's hard to turn right at times coming from motorway. Regular bus service into city. Tram starts a mile away.
