We just celebrated our 25th anniversary and were due to go to Barbados where we got married. Due to covid we decided against it and chose to go to 'BATHbados' instead. We have stayed at Hotel Indigo in Liverpool previously so thought we would stay at HI Bath having had a good experience before. We were not disappointed. Everything from start to finish was incredible. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and everything was really well handled taking social distancing into account. The staff were really informative about other restaurants etc in the area. We loved it so much we booked an extra night. We honestly had such a great time, the hotel is really really lovely. I have one very small niggle and it relates to the roll top bath. The bath itself is beautiful and adds class and romance to the room however the non slip addition to the bottom of the bath is a bit overkill and I found that it really scratched my skin. Im not a delicate flower and I do appreciate health and safety etc but it definitely is a bit too harsh and made using the bath less enjoyable. To finish on a positive note... you are all doing an amazing job in a really difficult time. Thank you for making our weekend so fantastic and for not thinking I was weird bringing my own pillow.
