Good location. Perfect for a few nights away in bath city centre.

Very clean room and location very convenient to the city centre and all it's amenities.

We loved our stay here! It was very affordable and exactly what we needed for our weekend trip in Bath. It was very close to all the sites and pubs. The room fit the two of us well and it was very clean. There is no air conditioning but we opened the window and did just fine. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for an affordable option.

Great stay in dorm room studio with full bathroom, kitchenette, full- size bed and desk. Good location, everything clean and bright. No A/C.

A good solid room to stay in. Made me jealous of University students.

I was so pleased with the welcome at this Uni property! The staff was wonderful. The location is great - a 7 minute walk from the Roman Baths which are the most central location.I chose not to cook but could have due to proximity to supermarkets and the basic pots, pans and utensils provided. I did use the microwave and kettle which were new, clean and large.

The bed was too small for two, it was the only weakness

The university accommodation is a perfect place to stay when visiting Bath. Ten minutes walk from the train station, just a few minutes walk into the city center. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable, and our room had a small kitchen, complete with fridge, microwave, two-burner hob and any plates and utensils one might need. We would totally recommend!

The location is closed to the downtown area and the railway station. Very clean and comfortable to stay. The fridge and microwave were super helpful. Just remember to bring your own body wash etc.

Great quality at a reasonable price

Rooms are ok with a small kitchen corner. More space than a standard economy hotel room. The bed is a 3/4, so not massive but good enough to survive a night or two as a couple. We stayed during one of the hottest weekends and the only drawback is the window which you can open only a tiny bit. Which doesn't let any airflow in the room. Thankfully there was a small fan provided.

Cheap and good stay if it's not a heatwave

These are university dorm rooms and very nice ones. The bedroom has a mini-kitchen and bar seating. It was all very new and attractive. We were impressed when we arrived in our room. We did try to contact the hotel several times before our trip with no response. The location is excellent, with a very close walking distance to the centre of town including the shopping district, The Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. There is also a full Sainsbury's about two blocks away.

Great Clean Accommodation, and fantastic helpful  nighttime Security Staff. The guy could not do enough for us to help make our stay a great weekend. NB: there is no on site catering, but it's only a couple of minutes from the centre of the town and all of the shops and restaurants. Will definitely book to come here again. 5⭐

Attending a conference at Bath Spa University 

It's actually a student hostel rented out to tourists when rooms are available. Our room was bright and spacious, with a kitchen with basic amenities (including oven and fridge), so you could do your own cooking should you want to. Close to the city centre if you walk, and right at a bus stop if you take city buses. Sleep quality is ok. Internet speed is good, and TV has most channels. The only real downside is the lack of any ventilation if you don't open the window a bit: if you do open it, then traffic may bother you at night, though the road does not have a lot of traffic. Also, not much of a atmosphere of travellers, as it's a student hostel.

Decent accommodation, self-catering possible

Plus- Found this place on booking.com. I thought the price was very reasonable considering the location and the semi-self catering facilities. I booked a double room which gives you an en-suite, microwave, toaster, kettle and double hob plate. Only 3-4 minute walk into the city and parking at the Charlotte Street Carpark is £15 for 24 hours.

Minus- 4/5 stars because it’s noisy - I had a room facing the road (should have tried requesting a swap) it’s very hot but having the window open means he constant noise of traffic. Also noise from other guests - lots of international students I think.
