Clean rooms with decent service [ Not great]
Giving it a 4 star due to its amazing location - 15 Minutes walk to Al Ghubaiba bus station and Metro station from where you can go almost anywhere in Dubai
The front office managers are not too cordial but anyways does not matter much
Good for travelers who want a place to crash and love to explore the city.

I stayed at this hotel 7 times over the course of the last year, with trips ranging from couple of weeks to 3 months at a stretch. I also stayed alone as well as with family (with infant).

This hotel scores in the fact that it has huge, spacious rooms, friendly housekeeping staff, and a good location - a minute away from Rolla Street where everything under the sun can be obtained. 

For most of last year, High End 2 offered good rates with attention to cleanliness, and great internet. However, during the course of the last 3-4 months, there have been some changes. Different guests are being offered different amenities (in terms of daily/alternate house keeping, etc...) Internet quality has suffered the most and is really bad even in central locations of the hotel, where earlier there was no problem. Rate offered during summer is also on the higher side and there are much better choices in the same area, on only 'rate' as a parameter.

This hotel can become a great budget hotel apartment choice, but needs to improve on the above points! Overall the staff is quite friendly, and try to attend to most of the guests' needs.

From getting exactly rooms as seen online,to their good customer service relations,nice breakfast room and food and the hotel being in a good location close to both bus and train stations. Me and my family really enjoyed our first stay in Dubai.

The only downside is that the thermostat in our room didn't work,so you have to switch it off when the room gets too cold

Good hotel but needs improvement

Over all the stay was nice in high end 2 but the thing is if we stay for more then one night or if we stay for 5 night they give 2 bottle of mineral water till the end of our stay for 5 days. Each day they don't give and charge for the bottle for second night or the rest of our stay in high end 2. That was the worst part not giving bottle for next stay. 

We had stay for 5 nights but had a gap of one night after 4 night as we had a booking at Atlantis after the 4 night, so while coming back from Atlantis the 5th night which we had booked earlier and had a stay back in the same hotel high end 2. I came to know about that the towel was also not changed as by default they gave me the same room I had stayed earlier. I had shaved and had a slight blood on my neck as I thought that towel will get cleaned so I pressed that towel on my neck, I pressed around my neck. Due to my pressing three dots of blood was on towel. Came back after one day stay at atlantis was surprise to see that my towel which had stain of blood had not change.

Jain don't have much variety in food in breakfast.

Spend money for mineral water for 2 night in this hotel

The appartments are very big and clean,, equipped with a fully functional kitchenette. Wifi was working perfectly and fast.
No breakfast available. Staff very friendly and always helpfull, and the location was ok.
I would recommend this place - good for families.
