Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at UAE hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Front desk is open 24/7. Renovation of the Main Lobby in Tower One has been completed, and the area is now fully operational. The lobby now includes L/B Lobby Bar, which combines classic elements with contemporary features. The venue operates throughout the day, transitioning from breakfasts and daytime dining to evening service. The bar is located in the hotel lobby and provides a setting for conversation and cocktails. Renovation of the Arrival Hall in Tower One is ongoing and is expected to be completed by the end of November. The Spa & Wellness Facility B/Attitude Spa in Tower Two will remain closed until mid-December, with reopening planned for December 20th, 2025. Spa wet facilities, including jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and heated beds, continue to operate on Level 4 of Tower One. Gym facilities remain available in both Tower One and Tower Two. Spa treatments are provided at The Retreat Spa at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, with transportation and shuttle bus service available.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovation work.
Swimming pool in the first tower: work continues, opening is expected in the second week of January 2026.
The pool in Tower Two will be fully operational during this period. In addition, guests staying at the Grosvenor House Hotel can use the three outdoor pools at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa.
Tower Two - Spa & Wellness: Renovation work continues, and the opening is expected in the fourth week of January 2026.
The spa area with hydro massage (Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and heated beds) will continue to be available on the 4th level of Tower One.
Fitness rooms will continue to be available in both the first and second towers.
Spa treatments will be offered at the Retreat Spa at the partner hotel Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, as well as free shuttle bus service.
Half Board Meal Allowance, excluding beverages: AED 150.00 per adult and AED 105.00 per kid can be availed in non-dine around outlets for dinner only, excluding 24th, 25th and 31st December.
