The property undergoes renovation works and is currently unable to accommodate room bookings. The lagoon and marina skyline view villas remain open and available for booking, with access to the beach, while Talise Ottoman Spa and the tennis court also remain available for guests.
Hotel dining venues are temporarily closed. Guests can order food and drinks to their villa.
Guests with existing or upcoming room bookings will be relocated to Jumeirah Beach Hotel at the same rate.
The complete renovation program is scheduled to be completed by the end of November 2026, while the resort will be fully operational throughout the entire period of phased work. The second stage of the renovation of the premises is scheduled to begin on 05/01/2026, and a separate message will be published closer to that time.
The city tax rate is per bedroom. For a 2-bedroom room the city tax rate is AED 40.00 per room per night, for a 3-bedroom room the city tax rate is AED 60.00 per room per night, and for a 4-bedroom room the city tax rate is AED 80.00 per room per night.
A tourist fee of AED 100.00 per night is charged for stays in the villas. The deposit amount in this case is AED 1000.00.
Children over the age of 12 is considered an adult.
Jumeirah Zabeel Saray will discontinue to offer complimentary shuttle bus service starting 1st July 2023 until further notice to the following destinations: Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Madinat Jumeirah and Mall of the Emirate.
