My stay was wonderful stay at Hotel Tower Plaza. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff is very professional. I want to especially thank Faizan from housekeeping for his excellent service — he kept my room spotless, helped solve a few issues, and always greeted me with a smile. Also, a big thanks to Ahmad from the front office for being friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout my stay. Both Faizan and Ahmad made me feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, caring staff, and warm hospitality.
