Hotel Complex Uhnovych

We enjoyed staying at this hotel so much, we actually extended our stay by three more days, and then *returned* to it for another night on our way back across Ukraine. It is located in a quiet street but is only an easy five minute walk from Teatralna square with lots of great restaurants, cafes, etc. (And there's a good restaurant just a 2-minute walk away, too.). Several parking spots are available for free use by hotel guests. The second-storey room we had was a suite (bedroom and sitting room, plus a bathroom of course), and was spacious and comfortable. The WiFi is fast and works fairly well, though occasionally we had to switch to one of the hotel-provided backup networks (all sharing the same password, so no great inconvenience). Staff was attentive and saw to everything we asked for promptly. When we left, we commented on a couple of small inconveniences (not enough sockets in the bedroom, a poorly-installed toilet seat that won't stay up), and to our delight, when we swung back into town just three days later, they were *all fixed* (we got the same room again!). This shows me they genuinely care, and it is a pleasure to be able to recommend the place. We will definitely return here next time we spend a night or two in Ternopil.
