12 reviewsOur travelling group has used the Comfort Hotel several times now and it's consistently a great experience. A group of 8 - 12 people, and usually more (22 people once), we go to the Comfort from the airport on arrival before leaving to go into rural Uganda for a week or so and then back to the Comfort for a couple of days before heading home. The local manager, Joseph, can't do more to help and the restaurant and bar staff are very helpful too. Some of the rooms have been refurb'd since our last visit, others are being done. Food is well-presented at breakfast, lunch and dinner and there's plenty of it. Drinks are ice-cold. Requests for things like storing luggage for a couple of days, and keeping a room or two after checkout with a supply of clean towels for our group to shower and freshen up before heading to the airport are readily met. Add in hot showers, comfortable beds, fans, mozzie nets, and stable WiFi at the reception that everybody in our group, and particularly the young folk, look forward to, and it's the perfect place for our needs.
