We visited as a family of 6…..4 adults and two childrens and we had a wonderful holiday at Numa Bay Exclusive. The hotel staff are so attentive and look after you so well, nothing was too much trouble. Had a lovely welcome party with Dean who checked in on us throughout our stay, helping us with any questions and ensured to look into anything we needed. The entertainment team work so hard and give a massive variety of events and entertainment throughout the days/evenings. Food in the restaurant is a bit samey but plenty to choose from and the themed nights give extra choice. Poolside snack bar and the beach bar for daytime snacks keep you well fed through the day. Our only feedback was that the pool toilets are understandably very slippery with people in and out the pool and they can get a little mucky so a full time cleaner in attendance or some anti slip mats would be worthwhile. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. Thank you all for a lovely holiday
