Pros: landscape is well maintained, its relaxing quite beach, beach mostly rocks but its very common in black sea, there are few activities we enjoy other than swimming, like beach volleyball, playground for kids and small peddling boat. The hotel stuff is welcome enough.

Cons: very disappointed with room we’ve got, we understand its busy seasons. First of all it was terrible unsafe room less than motel class for such a money we spent. We stayed in hotel building, right next to lobby. There is hole on the door, just like someone punching it. No phone in the room, dirty bathroom, there is a fridge under the tv that hang on the wall but unplugged then we found out there was no extra outlet for fridge. So we unplugged the tv cable to replace it with fridge(rolled eye) no tv the entire stay. Warning also about the safety, my kids tried to open the door but he forgot to release the chain lock on the top, and what happened was the entire board it came out. You just can’t imagine someone just break in easily to your room. And one day we forgot the key inside the room (btw the key they have not a standard hotel key aka regular house key) we ask the guy to gives us extra key or open it for us. They dont even have the spare key. Then he went away, in 5 min he just come out of my room, unlock the door from inside. OMG its blow my mind. He went through the balcony to get inside my room by that. Very bad AC, during the day in 3 night we spent they turn the AC off. Its really funny I thought well yeah we dont really spend time in the room during the day anyway even though it’s supposed to be on when ever we want. And the last night we stay the AC is totally gone, they say the system is broke down. What A luck. 
And for bungalow room, avoid it for your sake unless you dont mind with filthy room and smells.
For food from the restaurant its such a ripped off 6 pcs of kofte and fries is 60TL.

Good location but bad hotel room

The place is good located with a great view. Probably this is all. The price they asked for accommodation is by far not worth for what they offer. The bathroom with used amenities and a broken toilet seat without flushing water and an open shower is not even for a 2 star motel. The offered dinner is average but clearly overpriced. I travel a lot in different categories but this place is not recommendable.
