the hotel was amazing especially the staff,sadat in reception and the egyptian cleaning lady and the girl in food area very nice people every time i ask for something they help me the room was clean and calm everything was provided and the location is excellent its really close to tram station and attractions are all one or few stations away overall everything was amazing
