Goreme Mansion 

Stayed here for 3 nights and am extremely satisfied! Room - It was a great experience to sleep in a "cave", surrounded by stone walls. The size was perfect for a solo or couple. No issues with hot water. Only callout to make (wasn't an issue for me, but might be for others) is that since this is a cave hotel, there isn't really noise blocking insulation, so you can here people outside your door and the location is not far from a mosque, so there are the calls to prayer that can be heard from within the rooms. Breakfast - It's included in the price of the room and doesn't disappoint. There is actually too much food!!! Everyday included: hard boiled eggs, bread, meat, cheese (3 or 4 kinds), fruit (apples, grapefruit), veg (cucumber, lettuce, tomato) and a freshly prepared egg dish. Of course there was also tea, coffee, juice and visitors water available. Service - A1 all the way. Everyone was friendly and communicative, answered all questions and helped to make reservations for excursions upon request.
