Mimoza Hotel

We stayed at this hotel immediately after the opening and were the first people who lived in the rooms after the renovation, so we felt for ourselves what the next tenants would not feel. For example, the elevator began to be installed only the day before our departure and for 2 weeks we walked to the 3rd floor. Also, while there were few guests in the hotel, the breakfasts were quite meager (but satisfying), the more guests there were, the more varied the breakfasts became. There was no hair dryer in the rooms, and its availability was crucial for my family (we're all long-hair), but Azat was able to solve this problem by bringing me a hair dryer. Also in our room there was no furniture on the balcony and hooks in the bathroom (most likely all this is already there at the moment). It seemed a little strange that in a hotel that accepts tourists from different countries, the staff does not speak English (Except for Azat and another lady, his sister). But they always tried to help, they did not dismiss us, they used a translator. At the end of our stay, 2 Russian-speaking women appeared among the staff. I think this should make living much easier for Russian speakers. We were happy with new renovation, friendly and helpful staff, great location! Breakfast is included in the price, the pool is clean, there are sun beds. It's just an unrealistically beautiful view of the mountains if your room is located at the west end of the building. You can not swim in the pool after 8 pm (not sure here), so it's ok if your room windows overlook the pool, it will be quiet and you sleep peacefully. The hotel is in a quiet location, but there is everything you need nearby. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, the beach has clean water and lots of fish. Azat helped in all matters. For example, when our child got sick, he called the doctor and made an appointment for us. The bad thing was that room cleaning was poor, towels were not changed and toilet paper and shampoos had to be requested, but Azat solved this problem after we pointed it out. I didn't like the lack of a microwave oven and milk for breakfast (in the early days we brought our own coffee, but then a can of instant coffee and powdered milk appeared in the dining room). We bought our own milk and cereal to feed our son at breakfast. I couldn't heat the milk on my own, so I went to the kitchen. Of course, they were always happy to help me, but it would be better if I could warm up the milk myself. And it would be even better if warm milk and breakfast cereals for children were provided at breakfast. Overall, we are happy with the hotel and would like to return again.
