Clean filters in the air-conditioner. Kettle in the room. Some drinks in the fridge but not information about price. Close to public transport and mini-market
What was bad
it seems the owner doesn't care a lot about guests the same as personal.

2. The bathroom was not cleaned properly after renovation.
3. Very simple breakfast choice.
4. Not all personnel on reception speak English.
