Another fabulous holiday at my favourite hotel, 6th visit to Liberty Lara, this time with my Mum. Hotel is very clean, food is varied and delicious, the service in the Italian and Turkish a la carte restaurants is top class. All waiters and bar staff are excellent and make an effort to engage in conversation and make you feel special, topped up our glasses very efficiently! Entertainment Team - so glad that Ömer is still leading the entertainment team, he is a credit to the hotel, very professional and really works so hard, I do not know how he maintains his energy. The lovely Merve and Nil are still there and some new entertainment staff: Ronahi - such a lovely caring lady, she went out of her way to look after my elderly mum, and Burcu who always smiles and takes time to talk to all guests, she did an excellent job with the bocca activity. Ömer did the archery every day, he is so patient with guests and takes time to explain how it should be played, he really deserves to be promoted, he captivates and engages with guests of all ages. As always bar chief Hasan (Elvis) went out of his way to ensure that we were topped up with drinks and had a table for dinner, he is such a kind person, and a friend, he takes time to speak to all guests. I cannot remember names, but all the waiters and bar staff are so attentive, friendly and kind. Some suggestions for improvement: - Bar shutters so staff do not have to put all the bottles away every night - 24hr bar - Brighter and lighter restaurant - More outside lighting in restaurant area, as was very dark in November - More wardrobe space in rooms, especially for long dresses - Bath robes in rooms - Walk in showers in rooms - Returning guests given room requested (I requested twin room, but got double bed) - More male entertainment staff to help with volleyball etc - need more Ömer's! - Entertainment manager works on Sunday evening when team day off and is more interactive - When show ends at 10.30 play music for guests to listen/dance to I always recommend this hotel and will be returning, see you all again soon!
