One Resort Jockey

We stayed at the hotel at the end of August and beginning of September 2025 with our family and a group of friends (14 people). The rooms were clean and tidied every day. What really deserves mentioning are the handicap rooms – after a long time, our friend (who is in a wheelchair) had real comfort, and the hotel really tries to accommodate wheelchair users. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with anything. The food was varied, including fish, shrimp, lots of fruit and vegetables, etc. - there was something for everyone. I would just recommend starting the grill before the dining room opens, because as soon as dinner started, the grill only then began - i.e., if someone wanted to eat dinner early and wanted something from the grill, they had to wait at least half an hour after the dining room opened. We also highly recommend trying the à la carte fish restaurant – the food was truly excellent. The pool bar by the sea was a pleasant place to sit, with excellent drinks and really good beer (which surprised us a lot - beer in hotels is usually of poor quality), but we would recommend exterminating the cockroaches in the pool toilets - there were quite a few of them - but we understand that this is to be expected given that the toilets are outside and open all day. The entertainers were pleasant, sometimes trying a little too hard to get us to participate in activities, but we bravely resisted :) Overall, we really liked the hotel, and the 24-hour AI is definitely a big plus. I was also surprised that although the hotel is close to the airport runway, the planes did not disturb us in our rooms at all, and during the day it was interesting to see the planes taking off close to us. The sea was mostly clear with beautiful waves, the beach was carefully cleaned every day, and since our friend is in a wheelchair, we were also grateful for the kind help of the lifeguard and security guard on the beach when entering and exiting the sea. We would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to return there.
