Excellent
I just returned from my second stay in this hotel and I was sad to leave! The staff are really something special, warm, welcoming, professional and dedicated to serving their guests. The housekeeping, reception and restaurant staff were all a pleasure to deal with, also the shuttle bus driver, the management and the team member who came to the rescue when I couldn’t remember the code for the safe! We dined in the restaurant each evening, the food was delicious, the menu had something for everyone, there was a lovely view but it was the fine service from the wonderful staff that really made it special. Everyone seems to love their job and that’s what makes the difference. I’m looking forward to returning next year. Definitely 5 stars from me!
