Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra Hotel 

I recently spent a night at the Novotel, and while the property is showing its age, it is exceptionally well-maintained. Even though I arrived alongside a large airline group, the front office team handled the rush brilliantly. My check-in with Khun Den and Khun Sien was seamless and informative—they are true assets to the team! The room was spacious and clean. I did notice an initial odor, but housekeeping responded immediately and resolved it, which saved my night. Room service was impressively fast and the food was delicious; however, I ordered my beef burger rare and it arrived well-done. Still, the quality was good. Breakfast offered a great Halal-friendly selection. As a non-Halal guest, I noticed bacon is available upon request, but there were no signs indicating this. It would be helpful to have a small sign or for the staff to mention it during seating. A special thank you to Khun Bell at breakfast for being so friendly, and to Khun Peng for a swift and easy check-out. Kudos to all the heartists!
