We had a lovely stay at Peach Hill. We were unlucky enough to catch the flu and were stuck in our room. We received excellent service from our housekeeper on the 4th floor (room 4002). Guest services were a godsend when we couldn't/weren't allowed to leave our room. I must commend Si Thu for his excellent service, friendliness and willingness to help us with whatever we needed. One suggestion would be to offer a "sick menu", which would have made ordering food so much easier, both for us and for you. What is disappointing about the hotel complex is how neglected all the pools and pool areas are. Broken tiles, no tile joints, sun loungers that are barely holding together and parasols that have seen better days. The water does not seem very clean and there is gravel/debris on the bottom (material that comes loose from the pool).
