My partner and I stayed at Beyond Kata for 9 nights. This is a lovely hotel in a brilliant location, right on the beach. There was a large selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner which we very much enjoyed. The rooms in the hotel and very spacious with a large balcony. The housekeeping staff do a great job every day. We had a couple of issues at the start of our stay. Sun beds were being reserved from as early as 4am which is against the hotel policy. Staff were brilliant in trying to move the towels from the beds in order to stick to the hotel policy. We had to move rooms due to noise issues with the neighbours every night. We spoke to San at reception who was absolutely brilliant. She stayed in contact with us and managed to get a new room for us. If it wasn’t for San, we wouldn’t be giving the hotel a 5 star review. Tenu, Noel and Lina at the pool bar were brilliant. They were all very friendly and great at their job. Glenn was great at listening to us and being understanding. This is a great hotel with great staff.
