Universal design: *** the place has ramps for wheelchair person but some are more than 1:12 slope, roomy room but walkway in the room is obstructed by tables, no disabled toilet but a large general toilet, shower room door is just 68 cm., no disabled parking. Cleanness: **** standard cleanness in all areas with good maintenance, but mosquito in the room. Safety: **** safety and securities in all area, but the room key seem to be too large to put in the pocket. Food: *** included breakfast is simple, but a little bit too salty. Privacy: **** able to maintain guest’s privacy in most of the area, but the dining room to be quite busy in the morning. Internet: ***** fast and strong signal free wifi in the room and conference area. Staffs: *** friendly staffs, but not well-trained Facilities: **** standard facilities in the room, but the electrical outlets in the room are quite difficult to find; in the closet and at the bed near the floor.
