Excellent customer service! My husband and I stayed here for our first wedding anniversary and we had an amazing experience. Our room was the jacuzzi suite with ocean view. The room is so beautifully done with the old furniture and the wood work. You would love the feel of it. The property is huge so yes you might require to walk some extra mile to reach the pool or your rooms Im not sure about other rooms, you can take their buggy also. Though pool was away our room was super easy to reach, only a few steps up and it was also super close to the dining area. The food is fine i did try almost everything in the breakfast, in my 3 day stay. What they can work on is the Indian food category. This is the Indian in me who does not want people from around the world to eat that Dal tadka and feel that Indian food is bad. Yes the food otherwise too can be worked up on a little as some of the dishes were just tasteless. I appreciate the waffle and pancake stall, so much of variety my taste buds were touched there. I want to mention Freeze, who was excellent with her job. I was so impressed with the service and the ready to assist attitude they always had with this huge smile on their face. My husband had spoken to them on a call for an early check in and when they met us at the front desk they recognised him made us sit and helped us out with the process. You meet freeze anytime of the day for whatever you may need and they are always ready help. That smile is contagious and Im not exaggerating. Thank you Freeze. On our last night I came to a sweet decorated room for our anniversary which was a surprise for me by my husband and the hotel staff. The girl Keywales at the front desk was also helpful and understanding. Even the housekeeping staff that came to clean the room was kind and smiling. So the hotels hospitality is something to look forward to. We would definitely like to stay here again.
