When we arrived we where not sure how many days we wanted the room for and it was very very busy here due to the full moon being the day after we arrived were where not sure if we where staying 2 3 or 4 nights he said no problem we put 4 and you tell us on second day if you do not want 4 after two days we wanted to stay more so went and paid for the other two nights then later that day we went to get our tickets to leave the island and they only had availability for the 3rd night not the 4 Th night so we went back to the hotel and said could we change it to 3 night and with no questions apart from is everything ok he gave us our money back he was so friendly really good service :-)
