461 reviewsIn every hotel/restaurant/company/business etc. The place would simply not work without decent staff. The Front Village Hotel in Karon has the most amazing staff. From the restaurant to the maids to the front desk all of them were excellent. The hotel itself sits directly behind the main road into Karon. The traffic is manic at the best of times. Noisy at night. But strangely enough you don't notice after a couple of nights. Shops, bars,restaurants,massage places are all within 10 minutes. The very wide and long beach is around 5 minutes walk. I only had breakfast at the hotel. If you're happy with bacon and egg for brekky or cereal,toast etc then this is the place for you. The pool area is okay. The Spa was undergoing restoration work so was closed. Overall a pretty good place and located okay for most things. Enjoy
