Can't say enough good words about this hotel! Moved from another place to this place for the last two days of our trip and the moment we made it to the reception area - we were impressed! The receptionist Nai was so enthusiastic and helpful, such a pleasure to talk to and really did everything to make us feel comfortable! He was so happy it instantly cheered us up! The usual check-in time is 2pm, but we arrived early and Nai made sure we were checked in before 2.. perhaps an hour went by and we were already checking in.. during this time we swam at the pool which is really nice! The garden at this place makes the hotel special, you can walk around the garden and enjoy the scenery. The room was honestly bigger than most rooms I've seen at hotels, with a large bed.. a flat screen TV, plenty of channels (including Paramount). The aircon worked perfectly, bathroom was so clean and beautiful.. and the room smelled so good when we stepped in. Plus there's a large balcony for each room. I'm beyond impressed! Only good words to say about this place. thank you!
