It's very cheap. It included breakfast in my booking. I slept well. They had some amenities. It is B2 strategy to use older properties for budget accommodation, so you should choose wisely, the variety is big. This one is adequate+ for what you pay. It's more Mae Rim than Chiangmai. You can look up it's location on Maps before complaining the location is inconvenient. The receptionists were kind. It has a pool, I didn't use it. The parking attendant was helpful. All for 500 and some baht.
