We had the perfect set up, grown up children with friends filling two cabins in the hotel grounds and we, the parents, had a cosy room in the hotel.  The breakfasts are a highlight, homemade bread, jams, fresh eggs,  lovely cheese and meats all beautifully presented.  We fished on the lake, used the sauna floating on the lake, walked through the woods.  A glorious weekend, thank you

Travelling for Business it was a like to dis-connect for a moment with real things, nature, real things .
You feel at home with respect to the owners time dedicated friendly to you.
An amazing home made breakfast from the farm, nothing else than passion and dedication to nature.
Although far from my hometown and used to travel I do recommend to stop there, enjoy people and time !
It is beatifull for the place and the owners.

Nice place to relax and experience nature.

The place is great with homely feeling, especially because we were the only guests.

There are a few activities to do but we haven’t explore that.

The farm and the greenhouse are super interesting.

There is a common kitchen that was handy and the supermarket close enough by car.

As a plus, the breakfast was nice too!

This is what I call an authentic experience in the Swedish countryside. Surrounded by nature, fall asleep without any noise, comfy beds, plenty of things to do, what more can you ask for. We went fishing, and even though we didn’t catch anything, we still had a great time on the lake. Definitely coming back again!

Althought the time we went was completely off season and there were construction and reparation at site, they gave us a silent room that we even didnt hear any noise, room was super clean, warm and cosy. We were the only guests on the flat in hotel and the kitchen was practically ours so we enjoyed the privacy. It wasnt time for fishing but we had experience on the Odevata lake which was really peaceful and the host is really kind, informative and helpful. We loved it.

We’ve spent 7 amaizing days at hotel. Delicious breakfest, lovely owner and whole staff, silent and beautiful płace for Chill and relax. Close to forest, lakes, great for biking, running, fishing, and walking. We can prepare food in the kitchen, which had all needed equipment. Clean rooms. We recomend strongly

Away from it all, the best night sleep I had in years. Lovely rural and authentic Swedish private eco-hotel in the woods by the lakes, with a great history, the owners reinvented it with sustainability-focused ethos. You can hire a boat to enjoy fishing on the lakes, or go hiking along the Wilderness trail around the property in pine woods, which was magical.

Our visit in odevata camp was exciting and relaxing. We enjoyed hospitality and the calm nature. All abilities from canoeing, hiking and swiming, barbecue are great. Relationship to nature, innovation and saving and protecting of environment is written in big letters and supported by Family Axelsson and their team. Thanks for hospatility and the wonderful time in Odevata.

We liked our stay in odevata very much the room was very comfortable and of very high standard the surroundings the lake the woods and the animals at the courtyard where real Swedish countryside the breakfast was also very good with eggs meat and cheese made by farmers from the village not to forget we forgot to stuffed animals of our children and the owner of  odevata sended it back to our home by  post that was very kind 

Lovely, clean rooms, seems like new bathrooms. Trampoline, lakes, gardens, baby chickens! Just lovely. Very nice people and a nice breakfast with fresh eggs and vegetables and honey. Would definitely come back.

Very exciting stay in the center of swedish wilderness

Lovely swedish countryside 

Beautiful hotel in great area... we had a swim in the lake, there is plenty of possibilities for fun during the day (fishing, rent a boat or bike, sauna...).
The roam is clean, nice and spacious. We had huge kitchen for free use.
Breakfast was really nice, wide range with a lot of ecological and local product from the farm. Malin, two owner was extremely nice.
