I rarely write hotel reviews, but I genuinely felt this one deserved it. My stay at Brunnby Hotel was honestly wonderful from beginning to end. What touched me the most was how warm, kind, and welcoming the staff were. As someone who notices how people treat others very carefully, this hotel restored a little bit of my faith in humanity. Every single staff member treated guests with real respect, kindness, and care, regardless of who they were or where they came from. That feeling stays with you. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was great, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful and genuine. But the biggest appreciation goes to the main lady managing everything there — truly hats off to her. You can feel how much effort and heart she puts into the place, and it reflects in the entire team. Thank you for making my stay in Stockholm feel so safe, comfortable, and human.
