We had a great five days in Piggs Peak. We added an extra night to our stay as were very happy in the hotel, we took advantage of the super winter special. All staff, especially in the restaurant and reception made it even more memorable, so smiley and professional. At breakfast on our last day our five year old daughter said how much she loves staying at the hotel as everyone at the hotel was her friend. Gugu on reception was very helpful, even before we arrived after speaking with her on the phone and Dudu our waitress at dinner was fabulous! We also wanted to say a big thank you to our Rubic Cube friend on reception, he knows who he is!! The breakfast and dinner options were good, specials on offer every day. The rooms are slightly outdated but beds and bathroom are comfortable and we had everything we needed. TV’s could do with an upgrade and improved WIFI but aside from that we had a great stay and will be back!
