Its a small but nice cozy villa, right on the beach. you can relax on beach all day long and watch surfers or can go surfing on the beach.
Rooms are spacious and comfy. we had one overlooking beach so its great.
Owner siri is nice and helpful guy.
They have juice bar but blue note or many other places are just next door to have great food option.
Hikkudawa turtle beach is few minutes of walk

Room was clean and tidy. when we arrived meet with a big smile plus great hospitality.  great view of sun set. service was amazing. the owner is friendly and helpful. great place to stay one night when you around Dikwella.

My boyfriend and I spent 3 nights at Blue Ocean Villa and we loved it. The location is perfect with ocean view, the staff super friendly and the breakfast was amazing (especially the fresh orange juice). We give our best recommendations to this place! 

Comfortable clean room-  perfect one night stay and lovely host would recommend..the property was right on the beach.. and great sunset spot. The western breakfast they served was tasty and coffee fresh and strong. 

When we arrived we where meet with so good hospitality. The room we had was nr1 with seaview. Fridge to store the drinks we had in eveningtime on the terrasse. Really clean, aircond and hot shower. We stayed there for 7 nights. Thank you!

The location was the best. Staff was lovely. Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good also. One recommendation would be, that there would me fee more sunshades. Overall great place with superb location.



I went to hikkaduwa with a friend, we arrived in the middle of the night and the hotel that we had booked was unfortunately closed at night so we had no place to go. Luckily after a security guard in this place called manager Siri who went out of bed in the middle of the night, took us in. We ended up staying here for 5 nights 👌😊 it’s a great location right on the beach, very nice and clean rooms. Only 300 meters from the beach point where you can see sea-turtles. Siri, the manager was very kind and helpful. Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Located right on the Hikkaduwa beach, this hotel is perfect for some relaxing days in the sun. The staff is friendly and breakfast was tasty. All in all good value for money.
You also get a nice breeze from the sea that might be very welcome during the warmest months. 

The only drawback was that we had quite a lot of ants in our room. We got a spray for that, and the problem was reduced so that it didn’t affect our stay too much.
