A great 5 night stay in this lovely hotel. We were allocated a family suite with views and 2 bedrooms having booked a (regular) suite with views. There was a huge gala outside the cathedral one night so I guess we received an upgrade. The main bedroom was huge and beautifully furnished. Spotlessly clean and a perfect location. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our staff. Special mention to Marco who looked after us wonderfully at breakfast and took care of us very well on departure. The amenities at this hotel are splendid and include a very nice rooftop bar for drinks and perfect evening setting. The hotel is expensive but what you would expect for a 5* hotel in the perfect location in the centre of Seville. One teeny tiny comment for improvements would be to smarten the roof terrace and garden for room 308. We would love to return soon.
