At first we could not find Woohoo suites, it was a little hidden. We called the number on the booking confirmation and they explained us. We were received excelled by Jason. He was very guest friendly. The room had everything that you need. The location was perfect, in the middle of the centre in a side street of the Gran Via. We extended our stay to see more about Madrid and the neighbourhood. We were travelling with oir teenage daughter and had our own bathroom. We would highly recommend this hostal. Extra thanks and regards to Jason who did his absolute best to make us feel welcome.
