Leonardo Hotel Barcelona Las Ramblas

Stayed 4 nights with a friend to celebrate birthday and explore this amazing place. Due to my error not informing hotel of bed requirements we were given room with double bed but we wanted twin, our room was changed with no fuss and gentleman at reception most accommodating, even showed me room first to make sure ok. Was greeted in room with lovely display of balloons and printed birthday message. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a city break, very clean, excellent shower, only tiny issue is the walls are ridiculously thin, can literally hear everything from next rooms. Excellent location for getting about and when we needed taxis they were booked for us. We had drinks at the bar and were served by both Alex and Abner. Abner made me birthday cocktails and spent time talking to us, very friendly and a skilled mixologist, drinks were amazing. Really must congratulate the hotel on the excellent professional but friendly customer service . Would not hesitate to stay here again.
