I stayed at Hotel Oasis to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with a great summer vibe and everything within easy reach. What truly made our stay special was the incredible team. A special thank you to Rafa, who was exceptionally professional and helpful. He assisted me even before our arrival when I encountered a payment issue, and throughout our stay he was always supportive, kind, and willing to help. Honestly, our trip wouldn’t have been the same without him. I’d also like to thank the manager and Sergio for their warm welcome and continuous support during our stay. And to Diego from the night shift—I hope you see this review! Thank you for your great smile, your kindness, and the fun conversations and jokes we shared. You made our evenings even more enjoyable.
