I had a very enjoyable stay at the Ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong. The hotel is in an excellent location in the historic centre of Seoul, just across the charming Ikseon-dong alleys, which are full of nice cafés and restaurants. My room was always clean, and the housekeeping staff (a lady from Mongolia) did a great job throughout my stay. I also appreciated having access to the gym, which was very convenient. What impressed me most, however, was the kindness of the hotel's "Heartists." A special thank you to Anna at the front desk, who went out of her way to help me book an urgent express bus ticket online--a surprisingly difficult task for visitors without a Korean mobile phone number. Her patience and willingness to help made a real difference. I would be very happy to stay here again.
